Episode 3: Lake Titicaca and Bolivian Border

After marvelling at the breathtaking (literally) Macchu Pichu we headed out on a train to Puno Peru. Puno is the city located on the Peruvian side of Lake Titicaca. The highest lake on earth. There we visited floating islands made by indigenous people who spend their entire lives on them. There are over 1000 islands made out of reeds each with a different family living on them.

After we crossed the Bolivian Border and made a mad dash through Bolivia on an 18 hour train ride to get to Argentina.

Enjoy the ride
