Story Collection: Backlit Ballerinas

   My focus mainly in my Photography career is weddings. I can't help but love though,the occasional chance to do stylized shoots. Whether it be bridal or something altogether different it gets my creativity flowing. I am starting a bit of an off-shoot in my company where kids are concerned. I am not regularly going to be a kids or family photographer, but occasionally I would love the opportunity to do highly stylized children's shoots.

    I love the idea of taking something that a kid is involved in, and loves at this moment and time in there life. Recording that memory so that their family can hold onto that period of their childhood. This shoot was of two sisters who are both taking ballet. Growing up in Vancouver I wanted to make literally the world there stage by going into the beautiful coastal rainforest. I hope you love these two backlit ballerinas as much as I do.
